House prices in Cyprus continued their upward trend, marking an annual increase for the 11th consecutive quarter in Q3 2024. According to preliminary estimates from the Statistical Service, the House Prices Index (HPI) rose by 2.7% compared to the same period in 2023.
The HPI for the third quarter stood at 113.62 units, reflecting steady growth in the housing market. On a quarterly basis, house prices increased by 0.7% compared to the second quarter of 2024, demonstrating consistent demand and resilience in the property sector.
