The Environmental Authority has given the green light for two significant residential developments in the Paphos district, representing a combined investment of over €30 million. The projects will introduce more than 125 new apartments and maisonettes to the area, catering to growing demand for modern housing.

The Flagship Agia Marinouda Complex

The larger of the two approved projects is a €25 million development by Navie Ltd, to be constructed in Agia Marinouda, within the municipality of Eastern Paphos. The complex will feature 105 apartments spread across 12 blocks, ranging from one to four bedrooms and designed as permanent residences.

Construction is scheduled to begin in October, pending the final issuance of permits. The development plans include extensive shared facilities, such as five swimming pools, a residents’ gym, private roads, 146 parking spaces, and landscaped green areas.

The Mandria Development

A second project, valued at €5.5 million, has been approved for the Mandria community. Developed by Skycoast Ltd, this complex will consist of 12 apartments and 10 maisonettes, intended for both permanent and holiday use. The development will also feature shared pools, parking, and landscaped areas.

Infrastructure and Environmental Considerations

A key component of the environmental approval for both projects is the inclusion of on-site infrastructure to manage their impact. Each development will construct its own dedicated biological wastewater treatment facility to process all wastewater from kitchens, bathrooms, and pools.

These large-scale private investments signal strong confidence in the Paphos real estate market. The projects are expected to reshape the residential landscape of the district, meeting the increasing demand for modern housing that combines residential comfort with shared leisure amenities.
