This milestone follows a similar record in August, which narrowly surpassed August 2019 arrivals.<\/p>\n<p>Compared to October 2023, arrivals increased by 7.7%, while they were 5.2% higher than in October 2019. Specifically, October 2024 arrivals totaled 459,106, surpassing 426,272 in October 2023 and 436,509 in October 2019.<\/p>\n<p>For the ten-month period from January to October, total tourist arrivals stood at 3,727,196, up from 3,562,417 during the same period in 2023\u2014a 4% increase.<\/p>\n<p>The United Kingdom continued to be the leading source of visitors in October 2024, contributing 36.3% of total arrivals (166,588).
