The inaugural Cyprus Influencers & Creators Festival (CIC) took place from November 8-10, 2024, at the stunning Cap St. Georges Hotel & Resort in Paphos, offering an exciting platform for innovation and inspiration. Set against the picturesque backdrop of Cape St. George, the event gathered over 80 prominent influencers and creators from 14 countries, spanning diverse industries such as education, medicine, cinema, arts, fashion, and sports. Attendees shared their personal journeys, exchanged groundbreaking ideas, and reflected on the transformative role of social media in their professional lives.
The three-day festival delivered a vibrant mix of entertainment, surprises, and one-of-a-kind experiences. Among the standout performances were Magma, an innovative show by the multi-talented artist Mirtillo, and thrilling displays by world-renowned Cirque du Soleil acrobats. A holographic masterpiece designed by visionary creator Stefano Ranalli dazzled audiences, while the Astoria Violin Show trio joined forces with celebrated soprano Maria Papaioannou to deliver a spellbinding musical performance. Singers and composers Valentin Velchev and Rossitza Bordjieva, alongside the acclaimed Italian band 88 Folli, added a dynamic flair to the event, which was further energized by a lively DJ set from Viva FM.
The festival also took the opportunity to recognize exceptional achievements in the influencer and content creation space. Notable honorees included Dr. Angie Kassabie, a distinguished physician and nutritionist, and Catalin Botezatu, an acclaimed fashion designer, who both received special awards for their impactful work.
