Situated in a prime residential neighborhood of Engomi, Nicosia, this project takes advantage of south and west orientations to optimize views, sunlight, and wind. A front garden serves as a natural foreground, integrating the entrances to the two wings. The ground floor includes both common and private facilities, as well as parking. The first and second floors each offer three-bedroom and four two-bedroom apartments, while the third floor features a unique four-bedroom apartment. The building’s architecture achieves a harmonious rhythm and balance with varied vertical openings for verandas and windows, ensuring seamless urban integration within its suburban context.
